- Dr.Myung is a professor of Department of Cancer Biomedical Science at NCC-GCSP and specialist of the Department of Family Medicine at the National Cancer Center Hospital, National Cancer Center. His research focuses on meta-analysis, evidence-based medicine, cancer prevention and screening, smoking cessation, vitamin supplements and various diseases including cancer, nutraceuticals, and epidemiology. He is also Editor-in-Chief of the Korean Journal of Family Medicine, which is an official journal of the Korean Academy of Family Medicine. Especially, he is one of the pioneers in the field of meta-analysis in Korea. He has published many meta-analysis articles in various top SCI journals and has given a lot of lectures on meta-analysis for clinical physicians and health professionals for the past decade.
