Research Interests
My research focuses on skin cancers especially high risk ones especially primary cutaneous melanoma. I have published many original articles in the field of skin cancers, and have been involved in teaching Mohs surgery in major domestic and international dermatologic societies.
In terms of melanoma, I have published its etiology, new biomarkers, sentinel lymph node study, and Mohs surgery for melanoma in major dermatologic journals. Minimally invasive treatment of skin cancers using lasers and light sources are also my interest including fractional laser assisted photodynamic therapy and photodynamic diagnosis for Mohs surgery.
International Collaboration
American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, Mentor, ITMP
International Society for Dermatologic Surgery, Member
