- Dr. Eun Kyung LEE MD is a clinical specialist of Center for Thyroid Cancer and associate scientist of Research Institute at National Cancer Center, Korea. As obtained MD and PhD degree from Seoul National University School of Medicine and completed fellowship in Division of Endocrinology and Metabolism at Seoul National University Hospital, she actively involved in thyroid cancer research focusing on thyroid cancer and thyroid hormone metabolism.
Dr. Lee has participated several phase II and III clinical trials, including SELECT trial of lenvatinib, a second tyrosine kinase inhibitor approved for differentiated thyroid cancer. Her research interests include the genetic risk factors and biomarkers of thyroid cancer and the development of clinical therapeutic protocol for advanced thyroid cancer.
